Need a last-minute Halloween costume? Take some inspiration from Team Korte Curling 😂🥌

At the Nutana Curling Club's wind-up two-person spiel last season, Arlen and Kory dressed up as umpires Kevin and Dennis. The resemblance is pretty impressive! 👏💯

Have you ever worn a curling-inspired costume? Let’s see it in the comments! 🎃👇

🚨 RULE UPDATE 🚨

Following World Curling’s new four-player requirement, CURLSASK is adopting a modified version for the 2026-27 season at Provincial Championships and Last Chance qualifying events.

Teams must play each game with four players. If a player can’t continue, an alternate can step in, or the team can finish that game with three. Teams must return to four for their next game unless an exemption is granted.

Read the full ruling, including exemption details, here ➡️ https://curlsask.ca/four-person-rule-update

Our board spent last Saturday together working on CURLSASK’s 2028-2032 Strategic Plan with Lara Schroeder from Spark Solutions! Lots of good conversations and ideas, followed by a cooking class and a meal together. 🧠🧑‍🍳

It was great to have everyone in the same room and get to know each other a little better outside of our regular meetings. 💚

We also welcomed Scott Henry from the Sutherland Curling Club, who joined the board at our AGM. We’re excited to hear his ideas and have him be part of the group. Welcome, Scott! 👏
