The Core Connection - Pilates Studio We are a fully equipped pilates studio in Regina SK. Certified STOTT PILATES & MELT Method. Small group classes & private lessons.

Experienced, certified, friendly instructors with Pilates classes offered since 2002. We offer private lessons by appointment and group classes (5 - 8 max) in Barre, Matwork, Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac, Zenga, Cardio Trampoline and more!
