If you ghost us (aka don’t show up) or cancel your spot with less than 2 hours’ notice, you’ll be charged a $22 + HST fee.

Life happens, we get it! But our classes have limited spots, giving us a heads-up means someone else might get the chance to move their body with us. 💖
