We’ve been friends, fans, and supporters of Purple Urchin for years, so when it came time to stock our newly upgraded bathrooms and showers, partnering with them was a no-brainer. 💜

We love supporting small businesses, and we really love filling our space with products we genuinely love. 🫶

To celebrate our new partnership, Purple Urchin will be popping up at Sunday Special this weekend at 9:15am with some goodies for our movers! ✨

Did you know that CM offers personal training? Our Mandie is a certified trauma informed personal trainer who works with each individual to reach their goals.

While most personal training sessions are outcome focused, TIPT is process focused - meaning rather than a longer term physical or aesthetic goal, our work is to help facilitate safe connection with the body through a practice called embodied movement.

As Broadway Across Canada gets ready to bring The Great Gatsby to Ottawa, Katie is taking us from the stage to the step for a special Signature x Broadway Across Canada class! 🎶💃

Expect an all-Broadway playlist, plenty of show-stopping moves, and tracks made for all you Dancing Queens. And because every good musical needs a little drama… a few lucky guests will be taking home prizes, including TICKETS to The Great Gatsby! 🎟️✨
