Hello All!
Only 1 week remaining in the Spring session. That means we only have two weeks before the start of the Summer session!
Get ready for some huffing and puffing as the class structure will consist of cardio, plymometic (body weight), and agility exercises...not to mention hill training. Since classes will be running outdoors (rain or shine), be prepared for the weather.
Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM starting June 12th and ending July 26th.

Do not be shy. Bring out a friend, or even an foe (I will be extra hard on them). :)
