When I coach clients, one of the first questions I ask is,

“Why do you want to train?”

Almost every answer falls into one of three categories:

To feel like an athlete again.

To have more energy for life.

To learn new skills and relieve stress

Notice something?

None of these are “to lose 10 pounds” or “to bench 300.”

Those might be nice side effects, but they’re not the real reason people stick with training long term.

The reason traditional fitness fails busy adults is simple: it’s not tied to a deeper purpose.

Without purpose, a workout is just another task on your already packed to-do list.

And we all know what happens to those.
