Training for Life, Not the Ring...
If you’ve been following along, you already know this isn’t about turning you into the next heavyweight champion of the world.
I’m not trying to get you on TSN or Pay-Per-View.
I’m not sneaking in a surprise amateur bout at the end of your 8-week program.
This is about something bigger—and way more relevant to your life right now:
Training for life.
The truth is, most people train for one of three reasons:
1. To look better.
2. To improve a specific number (weight lifted, miles run, body fat percentage).
3. To prepare for a competition or event.
There’s nothing wrong with any of those, but here’s the problem:
None of them necessarily guarantee you’ll move better, feel better, or stay capable for decades to come.
And at this stage in life, those are the things that matter most.
When you train for life, you’re not just exercising—you’re investing in your future mobility, energy, and independence.
That’s the real endgame.
