⭐ Définir notre prochain chapitre : partagez votre point de vue

Nous entrons dans une période stimulante pour l’Association canadienne de sports pour paralytiques cérébraux, alors que nous cherchons à moderniser notre organisation et nos activités, notamment dans le contexte de l’évolution du système sportif canadien et des réflexions entourant l’avenir du sport.

Alors que nous planifions l’avenir de notre sport et de notre organisation, plusieurs d’entre vous ne savent peut-être pas que notre plan stratégique actuel arrive à échéance cette année. Nous avons maintenant amorcé l’élaboration de la prochaine version de notre plan stratégique, qui orientera notre travail au cours des prochaines années.

Le succès de ce plan stratégique reposera sur la contribution et les perspectives de notre communauté de la boccia. Aujourd’hui, nous lançons la première étape de ce processus par le biais d’un sondage de consultation nationale, qui servira de fondement pour définir les priorités et l’orientation de notre travail futur.

Pourquoi participer?
Cette étape est essentielle, non seulement pour l’organisation, mais aussi pour les athlètes, entraîneurs, partenaires et communautés que nous desservons. Notre plan stratégique permettra de mieux orienter nos actions et nos investissements afin d’accroître notre impact à travers le Canada. Nous vous encourageons fortement à y participer dans la mesure du possible, votre point de vue jouera un rôle déterminant dans la définition de notre avenir.

⭐ Defining Our Next Chapter: Share Your Input!

We are entering an exciting period for the Canadian Cerebral Palsy Sports Association as we look to modernize our organization and our activities, particularly in the context of the evolving Canadian sport landscape and the broader Future of Sport dialogue.

As we plan for the future of our sport and our organization, many may not be aware that our current strategic plan is reaching the end of its term this year. We are now actively developing the next iteration of our strategic plan, which will guide our work over the coming years.

The success of this strategic plan will depend on the input and insight of our boccia community. Today, we are launching the first step in this process through a national consultation survey, which will serve as a foundational element in shaping the key priorities and direction of our future work.

Why should you participate?
This phase is critical, not only for the organization, but for the athletes, coaches, partners, and communities we serve. Our Strategic Plan will guide how we focus our efforts and invest our resources to deepen our impact across Canada. We strongly encourage you to take part as you are able, your insight will play an essential role in shaping our future.
