We are heart broken and so sorry as our Community is like family to us .

We would like to use these next 4 months a celebration of what we have all achieve together as a community .
in our awesome space with our amazing community including past presenr and new memebers and turn it up Go Girl style 🏃‍♀️🥵🏋️‍♀️🎉

🙏Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last two decades of Go Girl Transformation. We cannot express how much your trust and friendship have meant to us. This decision has been incredibly hard for Yeeshin, Pam, and Lina (YPL). We truly feel blessed for all we shared together, the early mornings, the personal bests, the moments of frustration and defeat, strength and triumph, the sweat, the smiles, the tears, the laughs, the spontaneous dancing and singing, even the eye rolling, moaning groaning - we will miss it all!

We are so grateful to have shared your fitness journey, and witnessed so many inspiring stories of strength, courage and transformation. We hope you will always look back on your time as a Go Girl as something remarkable, and continue your fitness journey inspired and motivated to always do your best, to draw on the support of the community, to keep pushing, and remember always that your only limits are the ones you put on yourself.

“Approximately 8 years ago I decided I needed to join GoGirl. I had a membership at a gym but noticed I was not making any significant changes as I never truly pushed myself.

After completing my physical at the Doctors I found out I had type 2 diabetes. Diabetes runs in my family but I thought “I’m sure it won’t affect me as I was in my late fourties’. Well it was time to truly consider making an important change towards my health

I recall thinking “oh boy bootcamp workouts” what am I getting myself into! Will I be able to this? Is it hard? Will I fail?

Well let me tell you it’s the best decision I made in my life
I physically got stronger both physically and mentally.
I also suffer from anxiety and since joining GoGirl my mental health has improved drastically
I am addicted!!!

My diabetes has improved significantly! My A1C has decreased from 8.2 to 6.6
This is all because of my dedication to attending my classes
My Doctor said keep doing what you’re doing. And I sure plan to.

What is also such an important factor my journey to physical and mental health is the forever family I have met and cherish My trainers Yeeshin, Lina and Pam have formed a culture of caring, loving, and incredibly supportive. I couldn’t have done it without these lovely ladies

The friendship with all my GoGirl friends will last for a lifetime I truly thank God for blessing me with all these wonderful friends
