✔ Control your weights – No throwing or dropping dumbbells! It damages equipment and is a safety risk. Lower with control.
✔ Re-rack dumbbells & bands – Return everything to its proper place after use.
✔ Unload your plates – Don’t leave weight plates on machines.
✔ Respect the community – Treat the gym like it’s your own. Keep it clean and tidy for the next member to enjoy!
