Join us at F45 North Langley as we host our first-ever HYROX Affiliate Doubles Race Simulation! We’re excited to welcome our friends from F45 Training Newton and F45 Richmond City Centre for an epic day of racing, teamwork, and community. 🤝🖤💛

Whether you’re racing HYROX Vancouver, preparing for your first event, or simply looking to test your fitness, this is your opportunity to experience the demands of race day in a supportive, high-energy environment.
