A TRIBUTE TO DOLLY 🤍

This Saturday, we’re dedicating our 11:00 AM class to a woman whose impact has gone far beyond music.

Dolly Parton has built a life rooted in kindness, generosity, resilience, and giving back. She has used her success to create opportunities for others, support literacy and education, and remind people that you can stay true to yourself while lifting others along the way.

Her warmth, humour, humility, and unmistakable spirit have made her so much more than an icon. She’s someone who has consistently used her platform to make the world a little brighter.

So this one is for Dolly. A celebration of her music, her heart, and the incredible legacy she continues to create.

Our Mini & Me classes are designed to make getting your workout in a little easier without having to worry about finding childcare!

Join us every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 11AM and bring your little one along! Whether you’re a mom, dad, aunt, grandma, or caregiver, everyone is welcome.

Keep your little one safely beside your machine in a stroller, playpen, or another contained setup while you move, sweat, and get your Lagree fix in.

It’s a relaxed, welcoming environment where your little one can be right there with you while you take some time for yourself. Because we know how hard it can be to fit in a workout when childcare isn’t always an option!
