Mandatories from the . .miskinis brought me in my absolute best for this show. A lot@fuller and harder than the week before. I’d say we nailed it the best with what we had to work with. Next year just bigger and harder💪

Huge thank you to the boss .miskinis. The man would ask me my weight every morning. Change up my food daily, come to my house at 5:00am to see how I’m looking. Nobody has ever spent more time and cared so much about mailing this prep to perfection. It all paid off and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Attention members:

As of tomorrow Wednesday August.25th masks are made mandatory in all indoor spaces once again. This does mean masks in all common areas, however they are not needed while partaking in physical activities. Let’s try and keep everyone safe and respect people’s space while working out.

Attention all members,

Due to the regulations set by the BC government and Fraser health authorities we will be implementing the online booking system again on Monday April 12th.

This means if you want to come workout you have to book a time slot online. You will have to sign in as we will still be issuing individual spray bottles to each member as they entire the gym. Once you are finished working out within your time frame please return the spray bottle back to the front desk before you exit the gym. There will be no drop ins at this time until further notice.

Masks are to be worn in the gym at all times. No exceptions! If we have to keep asking you to put on your mask you will be asked to
leave the gym. Disrespect to the staff will not be tolerated.

Please maintain social distancing at all times while you are in the facility. There will be no workout partners or spotting unless you live in the same household.

The water fountains will be shut down so please bring enough water for your workout, if you run out we do have some for sale at the front desk.
This is a very difficult time for everyone and the last thing we want is for the gym to be shut down. We all come here to train so let’s respect one another and work together to make sure it stays open!

Special COVID-19 announcement!
Dear members as instructed today by Fraser Health & Vancouver Coastal Health until further notice all persons must wear a face covering in indoor public premises. So with that being said EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK WHILE ATTENDING THE GYM!
The only exception will be when using the cardio equipment as we don’t want anyone passing out.
Also just a friendly reminder there are no workout partners unless you live in the same household and can provide proof of address. There will be no guest passes, drop ins or new memberships at this time.
The safety of our members and staff are our first priority. With all this being said we ask our current members we ask that you do your best to respect and follow the Covid-19 guidelines that are posted at the gym. Use hand sanitizer as you enter and leave the gym. Try to maintain social distancing, wipe down all your equipment before and after you use it. Book your workout appointments online. We will be checked daily by Fraser Health to make sure we are following the proper procedures. If we fail we could be fined and even shut down again which is the last thing we want.
