Rep Calculator Chart: The HOW and the WHY 👇

This isn’t just a chart on the wall—it’s a tool that helps take the guesswork out of training.

The HOW:

Find the number of reps you can perform at a certain weight, follow the chart across, and it gives you an estimate of your one-rep max. From there, we can determine the right percentages to use for your workouts based on your goals.

The WHY:

Training isn’t about lifting as heavy as possible every session. It’s about lifting the right weight for the desired adaptation—whether that’s building strength, increasing muscle, improving endurance, or progressing safely.

Using a rep calculator chart allows us to:
