Wendy is a great example of what Strength Camp is all about. 👊

Three months before we filmed this she was just getting started.

Now?

She's putting weight on the bar, moving better, feeling stronger, and waking up without the aches and pains she used to deal with.

That's what testing week is really about.

It's not about proving anything.

It's not about chasing a bigger number at all costs.

It's about measuring progress.

"I was looking for a gym to help strengthen my injuries... and this place seemed like my jam."

Jeyna came to Strength Camp while working a busy schedule at the hospital and dealing with injuries that were holding her back.

Like a lot of people, she wasn't looking to become a fitness model.

She just wanted to feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing the things she wasn't able to do anymore.

Fast forward to today...

She's stronger.
More capable.
More confident.

And doing things she honestly didn't think she'd be able to do again.

One of the most rewarding parts of coaching is watching someone go from:

“I can’t do that…”

to:

“Wow… I actually did it.”

That look of fulfillment and confidence is what this is really about 👊

Strength training teaches more than just fitness.

It teaches:

✔ hard work

Christiani is actually a kinesiologist… and even she didn’t want to figure it all out alone.

One of the things she loves most about Strength Camp is the structure of the program and being able to clearly see herself progressing over time 👊

That’s the difference between randomly working out… and following a real system.

What also makes this place special is the balance of people here.

Some train competitively.
Some just want to feel healthier, stronger, and more confident for summer, New Years, or everyday life.

But everybody pushes each other forward.

You make friends here.
You hold each other accountable.
And showing up becomes a whole lot easier when you’re doing it together.

It’s not like going to a regular gym and working out alone in the corner.
