It’s been 72 days since the Deadlift workout in this years Quarterfinals took its toll…

It’s been a long 2.5 months but there’s light at the end of the tunnel.

This week, I’m starting to re-introduce some Olympic lifting and more dynamic gymnastics.

It’s a process. It requires patience. It’s frustrating.

But it’s necessary because there is no other choice.

I’m gonna share my whole rehab protocol in a PDF guide including my 40 minute mobility routine and a day by day overview what I did to get back and hopefully get back stronger.

You’re not lazy.

You’re not weak.

And no, you’re not “making excuses” just because certain movements feel harder than they look for everyone else.

Being tall in CrossFit changes the game.

You cover more distance.

You often have to be more intentional with pacing, setup, timing, and positions than the person next to you.

That doesn’t mean you’re doomed.

It just means generic advice won’t always cut it.

“Move faster” isn’t coaching.

“Hips down, chest up” isn’t coaching.

“Stop overthinking it” isn’t coaching.

Tall athletes need cues that actually match the way they move.

That’s what I’m building here.
