Join me every week at Halifax Yoga Official for a fun, sweaty full body workout! We'll use a variety of equipment and offer modifications whenever needed which makes this class approachable to everyone.
Next 4 Week Series starts Monday July 6th 6:15pm (drop ins available). Classes are every Monday in July (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th).
