Justin’s progress has been awesome to watch. The man Granoski!!
When we started working together, Justin already had a really solid base. He had been training consistently in his home gym, which was honestly pretty well equipped with everything he needed to get stronger. He hired me because he wanted to take his powerlifting to the next level.
During our first assessment on April 14th, 2026, his numbers were:
Squat: 385 lb
Bench: 286 lb
Deadlift: 408 lb
Total: 1079 lb
Since before then, he had also been in a deficit the entire time and has cut a significant amount of bodyweight, which makes this progress even more impressive.
He continues today staying committed to that defecit.
This past testing block, Justin hit:
Squat: 475 lb
Bench: 325 lb
Deadlift: 452 lb
Total: 1252 lb
That is a 173 lb increase to his total while dieting.
Squat: +90 lb
Bench: +39 lb
Deadlift: +44 lb
We did not get the 452 lb deadlift recorded, so here is 190 kg to show the quality of his current deadlift technique. His form has become much more consistent, controlled, and repeatable, which is exactly what we want to see as the numbers climb.
Really proud of the work Justin has put in. He came in already strong, but he has taken the coaching seriously, built better technical consistency, and earned every bit of this progress. You've been a pleasure to work with my friend, your future is VERY bright in powerlifting.
