Women in their 40s do not need to become smaller, train harder, or survive on salads and endless cardio.
They need to become stronger, better fueled, and more intentional.

As we age, protecting muscle becomes one of the biggest investments we can make for metabolism, bone health, confidence, mobility, and long-term independence. Strength training and progressive overload should be the foundation—not an afterthought.

And protein needs change too. If 20 g per meal used to be your target, it may not be enough to meaningfully support muscle protein synthesis now. For active women, a practical target is often 30–40+ g of high-quality protein per meal, with daily protein commonly landing around 1.0-1.4 g/lb/BW/day or higher depending on training goals.

The fundamentals still win:
• Lift heavy 💪
• Eat enough protein
• Keep cardio purposeful—not punishing
• Prioritize sleep and recovery
• Use Vitamin D, magnesium, and omega‑3s strategically when appropriate 📅
• Get bloodwork and personalized support instead of following generic “biohacks”

But it’s not just about the gym. Many women in their 40s notice:
• Waking up with a stiff back
• Shoulders that ache for no clear reason
• More overall pain and slower recovery than when they were younger

Sometimes that’s old injuries and training load. Sometimes it’s hormones—like low estrogen—affecting joints, tendons, sleep, and recovery.❤️‍🩹

In my Wellness Gym, I help women:
• Read and interpret bloodwork so you know what’s actually going on
• Build a personalized protocol around your labs, symptoms, and goals
• Train smart around injuries, aches, and hormonal changes
• Use DNA testing and targeted strategies for healthy aging and longevity

If you want to feel better, move better, and train for the next 20–30 years—not just the next 20 pounds—this is for you.

DM “LONGEVITY” and I’ll send you details on how we can help.

Your skin is aging by the same mechanisms we train against.
NAD+ falling off. Senescent cells 🧟‍♂️ that stop clearing out. Collagen synthesis slowing down. That's what we push back on in the studio with load, recovery and protocol — and it's exactly what's happening on your face at the same time. ⚖️

Most skincare doesn't touch any of it. Hydration, exfoliation, a bit of retinol. Aimed at the symptom, not the mechanism. 🙁
So I've started running Skin Longevity Sessions at the studio.
45 minutes. I assess your skin properly, tell you what's actually driving what you're seeing, and build you a protocol from a line built on NAD+ precursors, senolytics and peptides.🔬

$75 — and the full $75 comes off anything you take home. Buy something and the session was free. Buy nothing and you still leave knowing what's worth your money and what's marketing.

I've been on this line myself for over two years. That's the only reason it's on my shelf.

You ate the same lunch you’ve eaten a hundred times. By 3pm your waistband is tight and you look four months pregnant.

That’s not “just how your stomach is.”
Bloating that shows up 30–90 minutes after eating is usually gas — and gas is a byproduct. Something in your small intestine is fermenting carbohydrate that should have been absorbed further up. The bacteria eat it, they release hydrogen or methane, and your abdomen distends because gas takes up space.

Here’s why cutting foods stops working: you eliminate dairy, then gluten, then onions, then beans, and the list keeps growing while the bloating stays. You’re removing fuel without addressing who’s eating it.

The gut test I run maps what’s actually living in there — bacterial diversity, overgrowths, the opportunistic species that don’t belong, and the digestive markers that tell me whether you’re breaking food down properly in the first place.
It turns “I think it’s something I’m eating” into a list with names on it.

Comment BLOAT below or send me a message and I’ll walk you through what the test looks at.

Your gut population affects way more than digestion — it plays a big role in immune function, inflammation, and overall wellness. If you’re dealing with frequent illness, skin issues, hormone concerns, or autoimmune-type symptoms, understanding your gut may be a powerful first step. ☝️

I’m offering a special promo on my gut review package, which includes a detailed expert review and a multi-stage protocol to make the process simple and manageable. ⚖️

DM me “GUT” for the promo details.

Dialing things in for my HYROX Pro debut.

Grip and core have been a big focus lately. When fatigue hits, those are the first things to go—and when they do, everything else follows. Building strength here is what keeps you efficient and moving well under pressure.

I’ve also been combining movements more to get the most out of each session. It’s about training smarter—blending strength and endurance so it actually carries over to race conditions.

Not flashy work, but it’s what makes the difference.

If you’re ready to push your limits and train with purpose, send me a message—I’m taking on a few people who want to level up.

Been putting in some serious work lately as I train for my first official HYROX competition (Pro Doubles) — and one thing that’s made a huge difference for me is actually understanding my DNA.🧬

Instead of guessing with workouts, recovery, and supplements, I now know what my body responds best to. It’s helped me dial in my training, improve recovery, and stop wasting money on things I don’t actually need. ❌

We look at over 200 genes — covering everything from fitness and recovery to food sensitivities, sleep, inflammation 🔥 , cortisol levels, detox pathways, and even things like restless legs. It’s not about being “super scientific,” it’s about making your health and performance make sense. 💡

If you’ve been training hard but not seeing results, struggling with energy, sleep, or recovery… this might be the missing piece.

I’ve got a special rate right now — message me if you want the details. 📱 💬

Your grip strength can tell you if you’re actually ready to train today. 🖐️

I’ve been testing mine before every workout while prepping for my Hyrox comp. Both hands, before training and right after my CNS warmup.

Here’s the science, fast: your grip is wired straight to your central nervous system. When you’re fried — bad sleep, stress, under-recovered — your grip drops before you even feel it. Your hands snitch on you. 😅

The rule: down more than 5–10% from your normal? Pull back today. Near normal? Send it.

Huge for Hyrox — all those farmers carries, sleds and wall balls live and die on grip. Now I train hard on the right days instead of grinding myself into a hole and calling it discipline.

👉 Be honest — do you check in with your body before training, or just send it no matter what? 👇

(And if you’re the “just send it” type who keeps hitting the same wall… that’s usually a programming problem, not a you problem. Happy to create a program for you.)

Day one with the new secret weapon. 🧦⚡

Just picked up a pair of compression leggings — and not the kind where a brand slaps "compression" on regular tights and calls it a day. These are the real deal, actual research behind them.

The targeted support is exactly where I need it: calves, around the knee joints, and hips. The three zones that take a beating when the mileage climbs.
Today's the first test — long run day. We'll see how they hold up when it counts.

Here's why I'm investing in this now: I'm training for HYROX in December, and my goal isn't just to show up. It's to dominate. That means two things — optimizing every bit of performance I can, and staying injury-free through months of hard training. You can't compete if you're broken.

Recovery and support gear won't do the work for you. But when you're stacking long runs, heavy sleds, and lunges week after week, every edge matters.

And if this is your world too — or you want it to be — I coach people training for HYROX, Spartan, DECA, and other functional fitness competitions. Whether it's your first race or you're chasing a podium, I can help you build the engine, the strength, and the durability to get there.

Send me a message and let's talk. 💪
