This Couple Took the Win 👀

For the first time, a couple claimed both top spots in our March Performance Challenge.

Angelique delivered a strong 28.0 seconds, while Chris set the pace with an impressive 17.2 seconds.

More than the results, this challenge highlighted what sets our community apart — consistency, support, and the drive to improve together.

Both winners receive $375 toward training (6 group sessions), and we’re looking forward to seeing what they accomplish next.

For 30 years, one of my clients believed she had to live with extremely limited food choices.

The January Sled Pull Rope Challenge brought out some serious strength and even stronger community support.

Brenda took the top female spot, pulling an impressive 770 lbs, an incredible 5.5× her bodyweight.
Andrew led the men, moving 1155lbs at 5.71× his bodyweight — an unreal display of power and determination.

This challenge is about more than just numbers on the sled. It’s about showing up, pushing past limits, and supporting one another every step of the way. That’s what makes this community special.
