Buds swelling on one branch, first blossoms open on the next. This is the very start of the season — and the earliest read we get on what the crop will look like.

Our team is in the orchards right now, walking the blocks with our growers. Bud development, bloom timing, block by block. It’s the kind of detail you only get standing in the field, and it’s how we build a supply plan we can actually stand behind.

Blossom under the covers. A bee doing the work no machine can do. Fruit hanging heavy on the branch. And finally, a bag on its way to the shelf — sized, graded and packed to a standard we set before the first flower opened.

Every stage in these photos is one our team sees in person. Direct grower partnerships, field oversight through the season, on-site presence at the packhouse — not open-market buying, and not quality management we outsource to someone else.

That’s the whole point of the I ❤️ Cherry label. It’s a promise that what you order is what arrives, shipment after shipment, in either hemisphere.

You can see the whole season in these photos: trees still dormant in one block, full bloom in the next, rain covers already up over the rows. That spread is what makes a long, steady Chilean season possible — and seeing it in person is the only way to plan around it properly.

This is why we work with direct grower partnerships instead of buying on the open market. We know the orchards, we know the people running them, and we’re there through the season making quality decisions in real time.

The Chilean season hasn’t opened yet — but this is the time to be thinking about how it will perform on your shelf. The retailers who plan their winter cherry program early are the ones who get the season they want, rather than the one the market leaves them in December.

Our Chilean office is already in the field, monitoring bloom and building the season’s supply plan. Program customers work with reserved production, pre-booked fast-transit vessels and consistent weekly arrivals — built on direct grower relationships, not open-market buying.

The standard doesn’t change between hemispheres: same sizing discipline, same firmness and brix benchmarks, same arrival checks. Whether the box reads Product of Canada or Product of Chile, the I ❤️ Cherry label means the same thing to your customer.

Five months of continuous supply: air arrivals in October ahead of the holiday season, peak ocean volume through Lunar New Year, late Chilean and Argentine fruit closing out in March.

Our team is on the ground now, walking orchards with our grower partners and setting the standard for the fruit that will land in your stores this winter. One standard, two hemispheres: the same sizing discipline, the same brix and firmness benchmarks, the same arrival checks we apply to our Canadian crop in July.

That’s what the I LOVE CHERRY label is for. Whether the box says Product of Canada or Product of Chile, your customer gets the same eating experience — and you get consistent quality, reliable sizing and strong shelf life, shipment after shipment.
