Private lessons available times. Monday-Friday 7am-9pm
Saturday-Sunday 8am-4pm

Adult classes - Muaythai

Monday and Wednesday 7-8.30pm Sparring advanced
Tuesday and Thursday 7-8.30pm all levels techniques and Drills
Saturday 12.30-2pm All levels

Adult Classes MMA

Friday 6-7.30pm

Kids classes (5-12 years old)
