The Neuroscience of Pole 🧠
A 5-class movement lab for curious bodies

A Saturday night pole series with Ana exploring how the nervous system creates movement, strength, flexibility, balance, rhythm, and expression. Each class combines simple neuroscience, movement experiments, and pole-based application. Topics include, but not limited to: proprioception, stretch reflex, central pattern generators, motor unit recruitment

Each class can be taken separately, but the full series builds a bigger picture of how your body actually organizes movement.
