Sunday Thoughts...
A lot of women think they need more motivation to exercise, but what they really need is a plan.
Motivation comes and goes. A busy week, a vacation, a family commitment, or just a low energy day can throw you off track in no time. But a place to go, a class on the schedule, and people expecting to see you, that changes things.
Consistency is so much easier when you're not doing it alone.
