When people hear the word Jazzercise, many still picture the classes from 30 or 40 years ago.

A lot has changed since then.

Today's Jazzercise combines cardio, strength training, athletic movements, and modern music into a full-body workout designed to help women build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase energy, and stay active and healthy for years to come.
