Increasing mobility is beneficial for everyone. Doing so will help you move better, alleviate pain and tightness, help keep injuries at bay, and most importantly; make you feel better. Increasing mobility is especially important for golfers. Performing certain mobility drills can actually add distance to every shot, and allow you to achieve a full golf swing, something that many people sacrifice as a result of poor mobility, or worse; pain. Starting Saturday September 6th, at Noon, I will be holding 30 minute Mobility Workshops at Custom Conditioning Health & Fitness. These workshops are designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who wish to improve their mobility, posture, reduce the risk of injury, and feel better! Message me if you are interested, or for more details!
