Salut à tous 👊

Moi c’est Fidel Villacrés Décarie, kinésiologue et coach au Olympia depuis plus de 12 ans.

Au fil des années, j’ai appris que la transformation physique va bien au-delà du poids sur la balance.

Entre mon 3e photoshoot et un triathlon sprint complété cette année, j’ai surtout retenu une chose :�la constance bat la perfection.
Même poids qu’en 2022… physique complètement différent.
Aujourd’hui, j’aide les gens à améliorer leur composition corporelle, leurs performances et leurs habitudes avec une approche adaptée à leur réalité.
