You do not need to live in the gym to get strong.
Even a few hard sets per muscle each week build real muscle and strength. And once you have built it, training as little as once a week can hold onto it for months.
Most people who quit were not training wrong. They just believed it took six days a week, and burned out before it worked.
Some of the strongest, most consistent people at Klub are here two or three times a week, a few well into their 60s and 70s. Quality over quantity, every time.
