June 23rd Intro Session: The 705 - a metrics focused outdoor simulated mountain bike ride. You’ll learn body positioning, how we queue movements and find your groove one pedal stroke and climb at a time. Everyone should try this class!

Our Intro Ride Session at District 7 Cycle is the perfect place to learn some basics, build confidence, and find your rhythm at a comfortable pace. No pressure, no intimidation just good energy and support every step of the way.
