As much as we are very excited about our new location, we still have to say goodbye to O'Connor way!

This little home served us well for so long, some amazing memories were made, friendships formed, relationships formed and it brought some amazing people into that space.

So we would like to say thank you very much to everyone who has walked into the doors at O'Connor Way, we wouldn't be where we are today without you.

Also a huge thankyou so far to the guys at Brikk CrossFit , Billy and for a seamless process and giving us this wonderful opportunity we truly which you well with your future endeavours.

CrossFit SHP is growing and we can't wait to have more people part of this epic journey we are on 😍
