As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 8 years experience in the industry, further study into Masters in Strength and Conditioning, and exposure to a diverse range of injuries, health conditions and training goals, we can provide you with higher quality programming ensuring you reach your rehab,

health and training goals. We’ve had experience working with a wide range of groups including those on Care Plan’s, Workers Compensation and Insurance Claims, MVA’s, DVA (veterans affair’s), sporting and general injuries. We have also worked with those seeking help for diabetes, heart conditions, weight management, mental health and lung diseases. This includes people of all age groups from young adults to the elderly, from the inexperienced to athletes. As part of your consult we discuss relevant medical / injury history, plan out goals and undertake appropriate tests to provide you with the best exercise program possible.

If you want guidance and someone to help you start, we have over 10 years’ experience doing just that. Our Exercise Physiologists have worked with people living with chronic conditions, pain and injuries, so we have you covered no matter your situation.

Can you believe it's almost time for Holiday Club?!⁠

You know the drill — but in case you need a refresher:⁠

🤸‍♀️ Morning sessions (10am-12pm) — Organised circuit activities in groups with coaches.⁠
🤸‍♀️ Afternoon sessions (12:30-2:30pm) — Open session, whole gym free play with coaches for supervision.⁠

$20 per session. But hey, why not stay for both? We'll provide supervision and light lunch for you just for just $10 extra.⁠

Perfect for kids aged 4-12, sessions are running on 11/12/13/14 & 19/20/21/22 of April. Closed for Public Holidays.⁠

Doesn't matter if you're an ex-gymnast or it's your first time at High Flyers, Holiday Club is for everyone!⁠

Here we have Gaby, who just wants to get the basics down first. LOOK AT THE CONTROL!! 👌
You can easily see the focus on keeping good alignment throughout the body - shoulders, hips and knees. Not only is this good for posture but also ensures no cheating on the exercise. This allows for greater work to be done through the arms building that upper body strength 💪.
