Our classes incorporate practical and effective martial arts from around the world along with proven fitness and sports performance programs. You can expect to learn techniques from Zen Do Kai, Muay Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Wrestling, Goju Ryu, Aikido, Judo, Kung Fu, Kapap, Systema, Arnis and more. We offer a two week intro to new students, this way you have the ability to try our facilities, meet the team and experience real classes for yourself without any obligation. This Sunday, 13 September, Joe, Aaron and Rylan will be stepping into the ring for the WBC Muay Thai Western Australia Youth and Amateur Sparring Day at GTG Myaree.

They’ve been putting in the work and now it’s time to put that training into practice. We’re incredibly proud of all three boys for stepping up, challenging themselves and representing Spear Dojo.

What a fantastic day of fights for the Spear team on Saturday, with two fighters stepping into the ring and both putting in performances they can be proud of at the Empire Fight Series.

First up was .dimanlig, making his debut with his first D Class fight. Alex settled into the fight beautifully, finding his range and building through the rounds before taking control with some excellent elbows and strong clinch work.

Alex followed the game plan, listened to his corner and worked incredibly hard throughout this camp. A fantastic debut and a very well-deserved win, Congratulations Alex! We are excited to see where you go from here. 👊

Next up was for her second fight. Both girls came out with fireworks and Kaelin showed great composure and determination throughout. After a strong start, she dug deep in the second round before finishing strongly and coming away with a hard-fought win.

We took a different approach to Kaelin’s preparation this camp and she followed the plan perfectly. She put in the work, trusted the process and showed how much she has grown since her first fight. Well done Kaelin! 🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who came down on the day to support the fighters, and to all the coaches, training partners and everyone involved in their preparation. Your support makes a huge difference.

We just wanted to give these two a bit of a shout-out.

On Saturday 5th September Kaelin and Alex will be stepping into the ring at Empire Fight Series #14.

There’s a lot that goes into getting ready for a fight, it takes commitment, hard work and plenty of courage to step through the ropes. We’re really proud of both of them and can’t wait to see them in action!

Now we just need to make sure they’ve got plenty of people in their corner.

If you can make it, come along, bring your mates, make some noise and help us get behind Kaelin and Alex on fight night.

We’d love to see you there!

Father’s Day is coming up, and we’d love to get the dads and father figures on the mats!

On Saturday 5th September, we’re inviting dads, grandads, brothers, mums, or anyone special in your child’s life to jump in and train alongside them.

Whether you’ve never trained before or used to train back in the day, it’s a great chance to have a laugh, and experience the fun of training together.

No experience needed, just comfortable clothes and a willingness to give it a go!

Anyone joining in will just need to complete a quick waiver before participating (check your emails or scan the QR code below). If you’re planning to come along, please fill it out beforehand so we can get everyone sorted on the day.

We’d love to see you both on the mats!
