Hey 👋
How has your new year been so far!?
I feel like its going so fast already!!

So I have made some decisions on our Tuesday class and it has been a hard one for me, but as I have not managed to find a new day job yet, and I don't want to keep pushing out waiting.......I have found you an incredible new instructor to take over our class and keep the community going!!! 🥳🥳

Her name is Rebecca Ortiz 🥰 and she is super excited to take over Pearsall Hocking and has some amazing plans for you ladies 🥰
Please welcome her and say Hiii 👋

The funny part of this, is I wont be completely gone 🤣
Rebecca had another commitment once a month on a Tuesday at 7pm, so that means you get me once a month! 🤗

We would love to find out from you all when you would like to return to class, as we will plan a relaunch class with the both of us 🤗

So we are thinking the 24th Feb, so we have time to plan?

The AMAZING Lanz is back this week to help me (Nadia) rest yet again!

The last month has run me down and I'm unwell again. It's not fun, and I feel defeated at times but thanks to Lanz our class can continue!!! 🥳
