We've got a slight schedule adjustment this weekend (30th & 31st May) while our trainers head into some exciting in-house workshopping.

Arrive 10 minutes before your class starts.

Your trainer will walk you through the studio, introduce you to the equipment and get you set up before we begin so you walk in feeling confident, not rushed.

We want your first session to be everything it should be and that starts with giving you the time and attention you deserve.
