What a weekend it has been. Kyran had a 1st and a 2nd after the first 2 heat races. But our weekend stopped there. Kyran had pace but you need that bit of luck to help put the whole weekend together. Bent a axle in the 3rd heat, leading 4th heat and spun out,
Final started 12th pushing thru the pack we made a late past and caused an incident causing us and another competitor to dnf. We owned that mistake and apologised.

Congratulations to Jamie Lightfoot on the win, well done mate, your dad was so proud of ya, Awsome too see.

The Busselton dirt kart club put an awesome state title on and should hold there heads high for the small dedicated group of people. A massive effort. Well done.

What a weekend away it has been for Kyran.
Winning 2 heat races and finishing 5th in the other 2 heats was a awesome result for Kyran. We started p4 for the final. With all the fast runners up the front not the ideal position to be in, but a massive learning for Kyran. We shuffled back to 7th in the final, but we finished.
5th overall for the weekend.
A massive thank you to Allan and Paul for bringing all the karts up to Darwin and back home.
A big thank you to brk and all the team.
Looking forward to defending our WA title later in the year.

SA Titles done for 2025..

So proud of Kyran, he drove well all weekend (always drives with respect!)
Today his final race didnt end the way he would have liked,being caught up in an innocent incident unfortunately resulting in a DNF.

Alecia got to have her turn today, doing really well with the best passing I’ve seen her do 👏

Well done to Adelaide Dirt Kart Club for getting through the last three days at reasonably times!

Kyran’s results day one of the SA Title..

H 1 - 7th -🏁 3rd
H 2 - 5th - 🏁 3rd (very close finish just missed out on 2nd)

Round 3 of the JKC at Taitiara on Saturday…..

Kyran again finished all his heats, had some decent starts but with a couple of heat races being a restart didn’t finsh where he possibly could have.
Finished 10th in the final 🏁

Alecia finished four out of the five races one being a DNF due to trying to pass on the inside of one of the turns,miss judged slightly and got caught up on the winrow ( good girl for having a go 👏) and one of them being a win 🥇 ( her third race win in three weeks 👏)

Also thanks to the Feders for getting Kyran’s trophy from last weekend at Mildura..I heard it’s done the rounds to get to us so it’s much appreciated! 👍

And i hope the little guy in the junior lights class from Saturday night is ok!..It’s never nice seeing little ones/anyone being taken away by ambulance, let’s hope it’s a quick recovery.
