Bolsters aren’t just for the studio. They are a circuit breakers providing comfort and support. I handcraft these bolsters in editions of twelve. They are created from rescued vintage fabrics and textiles . Giving them a second life.

Fury Project set out on her next journey this weekend past. Me just home from East Gippsland Winter Festival where she is featured as part of the Night Frocks Project ICEWORKS.3909 . A special undertaking and I look forward hearing all the upcoming stories .

Groups classes at The Treehouse have now finished for the season.
Yoga at the Treehouse is a shared practice that brings us together. The doors of the Treehouse opened up two years ago in March 2024. Here we focus on connecting with our deeper capacity for movement awareness, discovery and the authentic vitality that exists within us all.
I love sharing this practice with you all and my intention is for The Treehouse to continue to evolve as a space for self care, learning and exploration of the body and mind- a place that encourages each person to live a more inspired, fulfilling and unique life.
Private sessions for individuals and groups are also available on request.
