🗓 WEDNESDAY 10th June 6:45PM 🗓

🔷️Round 5 of the 2026 NINJA CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS is on TOMORROW! There will be 10 rounds run throughout the year. Person with the most points after all 10 rounds in each category WINS! The GRAND CHAMPION category is also running again in 2026 which is your combined OCR & NINJA CLUB CHAMPS scores.

🔷️3 levels to choose from:
- PRO (advanced course) - 10 obstacles / 4min time limit
- OPEN BLUE (intermediate course) - 8 obstacles / 3:30min time limit
- OPEN ORANGE (beginner course) - 6 obstacles / 3min time limit

🔶️ 1 attempt per obstacle

🔷️ Ninja with the most points wins

🔸If 2 Ninjas get the same amount of points, fastest time will win!

🔥 RECORD BREAKER NIGHT 🔥

Last night our Elite Ninjas took on the Record Breaker Lache Competition, and what a blast it was! 💪

The competition was run knockout-style, with athletes battling it out and giving it absolutely everything they had. The energy was incredible, and we loved seeing everyone push their limits and cheer each other on!

A huge congratulations to Oliver , who set the new Monday Elite Record with an absolutely MASSIVE 3.8m lache 😱👏 What an achievement!

🗓 FRIDAY 29th May 5:15PM 🗓

🔹 Round 3 of the 2026 OCR Club Championships is on TOMORROW! There will be 10 rounds run throughout the year. Person with the most points after all 10 rounds in each category WINS!

🔸 3km/9 obstacles.

🔹 3 levels to choose from:
- Pro (advanced course) for Elite racers and competitive age groupers.
- Open Blue (intermediated course) for fun competitive racers.
- Open Orange (beginner course) for beginner OCR kids and adults. Course is always capped at 3kms.

🔸 Round 2 & 8 will be exactly the same course so you can compete against yourself throughout the year to better your time!

🔹 1 attempt per obstacle.

🔸 Farmers Carry penalty for failed obstacles

🔹 Must have a watch to record your time. No watch = automatic last place.

🔸 Anyone of any age enrolled in Competitive Junior Ninjas, Senior Ninjas and Elite Ninjas is welcome to join as well as anyone else over the age of 13 years.

What an EPIC weekend for our OCR School crew! 🔥💙

Last weekend a team of OCR Members travelled up to Ivory’s Rock, QLD for four massive days of competition across the OCR World Championships, Spartan and Australian Ninja Games! 🇦🇺🏃‍♂️💪
Our athletes tackled absolutely everything thrown at them including:
⚡ 80m Speed Races
🔥 80m Technical Races
🏃 3km, 5km, 10km & 21km events
🤝 Team Events
💥 Endless obstacles, mud, hills, grip challenges and seriously tough competition!
