🔵⚪️A GRADE GRAND FINAL RESULT🔵⚪️

To put it simply... It wasn't our weekend! 💔

Raiders were too good for us in the Grand Final, lead by two premier class bowlers who did all the damage...

A big congratulations to two individuals though...

Firstly, Simon Duff who had career best bowling figures of 7/41, making the Bowlers Honor Board for the first time. This also happens to be the best figures by a Rovers bowler in Grand Final history!

Secondly, Tyler Pearce who kept brilliantly, taking 5 catches behind the stumps. This too also happens to be the most catches by a Rovers keeper in Grand Final history!

The boys are shattered, and so they should be after a great season to that point, but it was also pointed out that they are the first A Grade team to make a Grand Final in 31 years. Mourn the loss, but also be proud of what you have achieved, and know the fact that we have now been promoted to the Premier Division, so we get to play with the big boys next season!

Make sure you head out to Toongabbie on Saturday and Sunday to cheer on our team as we attempt to break a long drought by securing our first A Grade premiership in 31 years!
