Souths Juniors offers teams for boys and girls from Under 6 through to Under 17. We have formalised our affiliation with Toowoomba Rangers Rugby Union Club (Senior Downs Competition). Both Clubs train and play at Gold Park, therefore providing Souths players a pathway into Senior Rugby.

Congratulations to our Souths Under 13 Boys players who have been selected to represent the Downs region. Out of such a talented field this is a huge achievement, and we wish our Kookaburras all the best for this exciting experience in representative Rugby. 🏉

Congratulations to our Players of the Day! 👏👏👏🏆

After an early morning trip to Goondiwindi the Kookaburras took to the field with the Emus for junior Rugby under a bright winter sun.☀️

Thank you to Goondiwindi Junior Rugby Union for a fabulous morning (and some seriously good bacon and egg burgers. 🍳🥓💛)

Wishing all our families a safe trip home. We look forward to seeing you all next Saturday for a home game at Gold Park. 🏟️

We wish to congratulate our players who have been named in the Downs representative teams to represent their region at the State Championships in Townsville later this year. 🥇 👏 👏👏👏

We are proud of all our young players at Souths; stepping onto the Rugby field requires commitment, belief and a fortitude that grows every game. To make a Downs representative side is something to be proud of, and we congratulate the following players;

U12s; Beau, Lawson, Ritchie, Sam, Tion, Angus, Ben and shadow Lachie.

Congratulations to our Players of the Day! 🤩

It was a big day of Rugby out in Dalby for our junior players as the wet week that was saw our Carnival change locations. Thanks to Dalby & District Rugby Union Football Club for stepping up to make sure the kids across the Downs didn’t miss out on this opportunity.

Well done to all our young players. We look forward to seeing you all back at training this week. 💛💙🏉

We look forward to welcoming players and their families from across the Downs Rugby region for an exciting day of Junior Rugby this Saturday 30th May at Gold Park. 🏟️

Please see your game times and a field map attached. 🗺️

Both top and bottom field canteens will be running from 8:00am with breakfast and lunch options available. Coffee vans will also be on site. ☕️ ✅

💫 Congratulations to our Players of the day!💫

A lovely morning at beautiful Gold Park as our young players took to the field with visitors Dalby & District Rugby Union Football Club and Toowoomba Grammar School.

Under 10, 11 and 12 were lucky to play on the top oval in front of the growing crowd arriving to support Ladies Day at Toowoomba Rangers Rugby Union Club.
