I love this testimonial from Blanka because this is such an important part of developing your capacity as a healer.

There are aspects of the unseen realms that many healers simply haven't been taught how to work with.

And when you don't have the knowledge or tools to understand and address dark entity interference, it can create fear around what you may encounter within your work.

This was one of the reasons Blanka joined the Entity Release Practitioner Program.

You can keep seeking healing without seeing the results compound if the deeper pattern is never addressed. When someone is not their own gatekeeper, the same influences and unresolved dynamics can keep repeating beneath the surface. Real healing starts with understanding the foundational pieces that are keeping the cycle open.

Something that has always been really important to me is giving people tools they can use for themselves.
There is absolutely a place for being supported and guided through healing, particularly when you are working through something you don't yet understand or don't know how to move through.
But you're also living your life every day.
Things come up. You get triggered. Old patterns surface. You might notice your nervous system is struggling, your energy feels different, or you're simply aware that there is something you need to work through.
And you can't always have someone there to guide you through every one of those moments.
This is one of the reasons I've created so many different healing tools over the years. I want you to be able to recognise when something is coming up and have something you can actually use to support yourself through it.

Healing is a process. ✅
We change. We become more aware. Different things present at different times.
And for me, there is something incredibly empowering about knowing that when those things do come up, you have tools available that allow you to continue working on yourself.
That was really what I wanted Heal Yourself to be.
Something you don't just complete and put away, but something you can continue coming back to as you continue to change. ❤

The belief that every entity can simply be sent to the light is not a complete framework for healing. Different realms operate by different rules, and the most powerful influence is the one with the highest authority, not necessarily the one that appears lighter. Using the same response for every form of interference can be dangerous when you do not understand what you are actually dealing with.

Many healers are constantly clearing themselves, yet feel like they are attracting more and more interference. The more energetic fields you work with, the more important it becomes to understand the wider picture: your boundaries, your own unclaimed gifts, and the attachment mechanisms at play. Lasting change is not just about clearing again. It is about addressing what keeps the pattern open.

Protection alone does not resolve the reasons interference has access to your field in the first place. Underlying trauma, agreements, inherited influences, energetic openings, and attachment mechanisms can keep the same pattern repeating. You have to address the foundation, otherwise, it is like locking the front door while five others are still standing open.

𝗗𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲? 🤔
👂 We hear people say all the time that words have power. But something I have learned through working within the unseen realms is that the energetic power behind words is not the same for everyone.
Two people could say exactly the same thing, with exactly the same words, and energetically, the consequences could be completely different.
❓ Why?
Because it isn't only about the words being spoken.
It is also about the intention behind them, the spiritual authority of the person speaking them, and what forces may be connected to that person.
Some people understand exactly what they are doing energetically. They understand how to use their words and intention to deliberately inflict what I would describe as a level of spiritual attack.
Others may have absolutely no understanding of the unseen realms, but can still be incredibly careless with their anger, hatred and intention.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲.
A curse can function as an energetic directive embedded within someone's field, but the power and consequence of that directive can differ enormously depending upon who or what created it and the authority sitting behind it.
And this can become much more complex when we begin looking at curses that have existed through bloodlines, land, past lifetimes or those reinforced through demonic or multidimensional realms.
👉 I've encountered curses that were relatively straightforward to identify, and others that existed within higher energetic structures that required an entirely different level of spiritual authority and frequency to access.
This work has taught me never to underestimate the complexity of what can sit behind something that, on the surface, may appear as simple as words spoken with harmful intent.

When people hear the word entity, they often imagine something dramatic and obvious.
