The whisper comes as a knowing that something isn’t quite right. A subtle feeling in your body before your mind catches up. It’s the small voice you talked yourself out of listening to because you wanted something to work out or be different.
We have been conditioned to override our intuition and often give more chances than we should. We talk ourselves into seeing the best in people even when they are consistently showing us something else entirely.
So we give it another month or another year until the wake up call becomes impossible to ignore and we have no choice but to finally listen to what we already knew.
But what if we just trusted ourselves enough to listen to that quiet knowing the first time around before it had to get loud?
Because when you learn to trust yourself again, you stop second guessing what you feel. You stop needing evidence to validate what your body already knows. You just act from a place of deep inner certainty.
Trust the whisper!
