Safe Hands Goalkeeping are delighted to announce that One of our own female goalkeepers has taken the next step in her footballing career.

Anneka Daisy Lewerenz has signed a short term deal with A-League club Brisbane Roar FC for the remainder of the 2024/2025 season. We are all very proud of her accomplishment and we look forward to seeing what she can achieve!

Way to go Daisy! Go smash it in the A-League and we will all be watching you when your time comes!

New Year, means New Kit!

Who better to show off Safe Hands new kit for 2024 then our Safe Hands # 1 supporters Malia and Skyla. They both loved wearing their new kits so much, they didn’t want to take them off.

We would like to thank the KPI Sports team for staying on board and providing another year of amazing Safe Hands Academy Kits.

Just two weeks ago, one of Safe Hands Goalkeepers received the achievement of being named NPL Womens Goalkeeper of the Year and name in the Team of the Season.

In just her first season in the QLD NPLW league Daisy received 5 Team of the Week selections and Sunshine Coast Wanderers Players Player. Daisy was also given a great opportunity to have a trial with the Brisbane Roar. A strong candidate for any young female to look up to.

A massive achievement for Daisy in the 2023 Season. And I have no doubt Daisy will be looking to replicate or go one better in the 2024 Season with .

Last weekend our two Off-Season Academy Groups joined together and completed a beach fitness session with lots of footwork and ball work in soft sand.

The whole group did an incredible job in some high temps and gave all they had!

As a coach, we can only ask for the best from our players and to have a group of goalkeepers who give their everything each and everything, in all sorts of conditions, is incredible!

Massive congratulations to one of Safe Hands originals receiving a scholarship to Nassau Community College, Long Island NY.

Massive achievement for Freddy after all the hard work he has put into his training for the past 5 Years from a young age of 13 when he first started.

Well done and go do what you do best! Massive thank you from for your support and guidance through this stage of his career.
