🚨 STOP SCROLLING.

Your adolescent doesn’t need another lecture about addiction.

They need to understand WHY they’re addicted in the first place.

Naughty content.
Social media.
Gaming.
Alcohol.
Food.
Drugs.
Attention.
Escapism.

We live in a world that profits from keeping young people hooked, distracted and disconnected from themselves.

I wrote Breaking Free: A Teens and Young Adults Guide to Identifying Their Addictions and Overcoming Them to challenge that.

No sugar-coating.
No bu****it.
No pretending these problems will simply disappear.

Awareness is where breaking free begins.

🔥 PRE-ORDERS ARE NOW OPEN.

We’ve been taught to fear one of the most natural processes in the human experience.

Pain = something is wrong.
Discomfort = something needs to be stopped.
Birth = something that needs to be managed.

But what if we stopped treating the body like a problem that needs fixing?

Birth is intense. It’s uncomfortable. It’s powerful.

And for many women, interventions and pain relief can be incredibly valuable and even medically necessary. But informed choice matters and so does understanding what your body is communicating.

The goal shouldn’t be to glorify suffering.

It should be to empower women with enough knowledge to make conscious decisions about their own birth.

Because a healthy baby matters.

But so does a mother who feels informed, heard and empowered by her experience.

Question everything.
Know your options.
Own your choices.

🔥 The little things become the big things.

A quiet moment together.

A thank you that was actually felt.

Taking a second to appreciate what you’ve built especially when life gets busy.

We live in a world that constantly tells us to chase more.

More money.
More success.
More experiences.

But sometimes the strongest relationships aren’t built through grand gestures.

They’re built through gratitude, presence and remembering why you chose each other in the first place.

Because when you stop appreciating what you have…

You start taking it for granted.

And what you water, grows. 🌱

🎙️ This is one of the many powerful moments from my conversation with Babymoon -Parenting Help - Birth Space - Placenta Encapsulation on The Breaking Free Podcast.

What is one thing you appreciate about your partner today? 👇

🔥 LOVE IS EASY WHEN EVERYTHING IS GOING YOUR WAY.

The real test is who you become when the person you love triggers you.

Because your partner isn’t just the person who makes you feel good.

Sometimes they’re the mirror showing you the parts of yourself you’d rather avoid.

True love isn’t about reacting to the reaction.
It’s about learning to see the person beneath the behaviour.
To stay curious instead of defensive.
To choose understanding over punishment.
To accept each other without abandoning yourself.

That doesn’t mean tolerating everything.

It means recognising that two imperfect humans can still choose each other, grow together and love through the uncomfortable moments.

❤️ Love isn’t the absence of triggers.
It’s what you do when they appear.

There’s a strange feeling that comes with holding something you once thought was just an idea.

Page by page… I’m looking at years of experiences, mistakes, lessons, struggles and growth that somehow became a book.

And honestly?

I’m bloody proud of it.

I wrote Breaking Free because I know what it feels like to be stuck in a cycle you don’t know how to escape.

The habits.

The urges.

The poor choices.

The constant promise that “this will be the last time.”

I lived it.

And I wish someone had put something like this in my hands when I was younger.

So I wrote it.

Not from a place of having everything figured out.

From lived experience.

From making mistakes.

From falling down.

And from learning how to get back up.
