Today we celebrate all the amazing dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures who are part of our Strath family! 🥰

Thank you for the early mornings, the late afternoons, the endless driving, the sideline cheering, the encouragement, the advice (wanted or unwanted 😂) and for always being there to support our girls.

We appreciate everything you do on and off the court! 👏🏼💙

❤️🤍 PRELIM FINALS ARE HERE! 🤍❤️

We’re incredibly proud to have four Strath teams taking to the court this Saturday at Encounter Bay as they battle it out for a place in the Grand Final! 👊🏼

These teams have worked incredibly hard all season, and now it’s time to leave it all out on the court. ❤️

Good luck to all four teams! Play for each other, trust the work you’ve put in and enjoy every minute. We’ll be behind you all the way! 👏🏼❤️🤍

This week, GSNA journeys to ENCOUNTER BAY for the 2026 Preliminary Finals!

Many thanks to Encounter Bay NC for all their hard work in the past weeks as they prepare to host the Preliminary Finals, it is much appreciated.

All fixture information is now available on PlayHQ.

A little housekeeping for us all..........

🧹 Look after the courts – please help keep them clean and tidy.

🥤 Food & drinks – If spectators could please keep food and drinks out of the viewing area between the courts, it would be greatly appreciated.

🍬 No chewing gum – Please leave the gum at home! It’s really difficult to remove when it’s left behind on the courts.

📣 Banners – We love seeing everyone’s banners around the courts! Just please be mindful of where they’re hung so those standing outside the fence can still see the game.

💰 Gate Prices for Finals:
Adults $7 (Under 18s free)
Concession $5,

🐶 NO DOGS – Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at finals
(could you kindly remind your membership about this, thank you)

GSNA Junior Presentations done and dusted — and what a night for Strathalbyn!

Our juniors featured strongly across every grade, with huge representation in the top 10. We’re incredibly proud of all our players who continue to represent our club with heart and talent.

Extra‑special congratulations to Mackenzie Cutting (Inter 1 B&F) and Stella Roberts (Inter 2 B&F) — both taking out Best & Fairest in their grades, with teammates also landing top‑10 spots. A phenomenal achievement.

Special mention to Mackenzie for notgetting injured falling off the stage - don't need that this close to finals!

What a huge day of netball for Strathalbyn! 👏🏼

A massive congratulations to all 11 teams who took to the court in their semi-finals. We are incredibly proud of the effort, determination and heart shown by every player. ❤️

A huge congratulations to our Inter 1, Inter 2 and Inter 3 teams who have booked their spots in the Grand Final! 🏆

Our League, Senior 2, Inter 4 and 11 Div 3 teams will get another chance next week we’ll be right behind you! 💪🏼

To our teams who finished their season today, 13 Div 1, 13 Div 2, 11 Div 1 and Senior 3, we couldn’t be prouder of you. What a season! ❤️ You’ve all grown, developed and represented Strathalbyn with such pride.

And to our coaches, managers, umpires, scorers, volunteers and supporters — thank you! Our club simply couldn’t do it without you. 👏🏼

Volunteer Appreciation
Thank you SNC club members for helping us get through another huge day of semi finals at the club.

We thank anyone who was able to help with setting up, working the canteen, snacks or BBQ, and packing up on the day. We truely do have the most fabulous members. We did manage to get some photos when we could but things got a bit busy at times!

Special thanks to
- Angela & Kim from Strathalbyn Caravan Park for assisting us leading in with the most amazing grassed areas and on the day when we had water supply issues (and to our visitors for your understanding!)
- Strathalbyn Football Club for lending us their kitchen for roll making
- Strathalbyn Cricket club for running the gate
- Great Southern Netball Association committee members for their tremendous efforts prior and support during the day. Our association is lucky to have you.
- Graeme, our canteen manager, for arranging the perfect amount of food and drinks for the day

To our umpires; Nicole (2 games), Vanessa, Hannah, Kym, Peyton (2 games) and Ainsley - thanks for supporting our association by umpiring on the day.

To our committee; you are the most amazing volunteers for our club. There are not too many people who put their hands up to do 12-hours shifts or coach and support multiple teams and are just there to support the club in what you do week in week out, thanks Jess, Donna, Kimberly, Jo, Amy, Kim, Nicole, Kym (and Deb and Bobbi) and Shez - the new toastie queen!!

And finally to our players, coaches, scorers, timers and supporters doing us all proud giving your best today. Many of you continuing on in your finals journey.

A little housekeeping for us all..........

Strath have asked that all Visitors are reminded to keep the courts clean - the courts double as tennis courts throughout the year.

If spectators could avoid taking food and drink onto the viewing area between the courts, it would be much appreciated.

People are also asked to refrain from chewing gum in the court area please. It is sticky when left behind & is very difficult to remove

Please be mindful about where Club banners are hung so that people standing outside the fence can see the play.

Gate passes cannot be used for the finals.
