Climbers will have a chance to chat with the experts about the perfect shoe for their goals, get fitted correctly AND test out a few pairs on the wall. Plus, they’re offering 20% off and a chance to win a pair at the end of the night.

It means you get that real “Cinderella moment” when you find THE shoe.

Join Mika on Wednesday nights for a circuit class at our St Leonards gym. Suitable for all levels of fitness and it’s a great way to complement your climbing (we can’t just climb everrrrrry day!) A combination of strength and cardio, in a fun group environment.

Our classes are free with your entry/membership. No need to book.

Hosted by Jeremy, “The social group doesn’t just meet on Tuesdays at Kirrawee, we are very active across many fronts, and many days. Recently (Saturday, 9 Aug) we met in the Blue Mountains at the Sunbath crag in Medlow. The weather was clear, the rock cold very cold, so much so that some broke out their hand warmers.

We are a very inclusive group incorporating many levels of rock climbing ability and experiences. We had plenty of climbers for whom it was their first time on real rock.
The group is very supportive and top ropes were set up for the newbies to get their first taste of real rock in a safe environment. Ropes, quick draws , devices and even a few helmets were shared as necessary.
It was a fantastic day of real rock action, with 17 social members in attendance.
There’s a big appetite for more, but next up is a Blue mountains camping / canyoning trip, should be fun!”
