Bodyworld St Kilda Melbourne's Best Equipped Free Weights Gymnasium

Established in 1982 as “The Body Building Center”, BodyWorld Balaclava has undergone numerous renovations, expansions and equipment upgrades over the last 30 years. Once a tiny single suite gym, Balaclava now hosts a spacious Cardio studio, Spin studio, as well as a multi-purpose room for Boxing, Yoga and Pilates classes. All this sits alongside a vast array of weights equipment which includes linear bearing stations, free weights, power racks and deadlifting platforms.
