There’s a moment most people don’t talk about.

It’s not in the gym. It’s not on the scales.

It’s standing in your room getting dressed.
Pulling something on that used to fit fine.
Adjusting it, hoping it’ll sit right

And realising… it doesn’t.
So you change. Again.

And you leave the house already a bit flat, a bit uncomfortable, a bit off.

Not because of one bad week.

Because it’s been building for a while.

That’s usually the point where people start thinking:
