We offer programs from 6 weeks to 5 years old, to exercise & build children's neuro-physical and developmental needs. Child development program designed to enhance the development of your growing children and babies... Parent's also learn how to assist their children in reaching their potential for higher levels of learning.

In this activity, we saw Miss Mel encouraging Claire to stand on the spikey balance pod, whilst holding onto the ropes of the tyre swing, and with one hand tap the hanging balloon 3 times.
Seems easy? It's actually very tricky for little ones.

Balancing on the sensory surface while reaching to hit the balloon with a swing moving around the body, challenges balance, core strength, coordination, motor planning and sensory processing. Swapping hands encourages bilateral coordination, body awareness and hand-eye coordination.

Amazing work!!

Week 7 - the mat room
Looks like everyone was LOVING the rave party with Miss Mel this week!
Mat Room time at Gymbaroo gives little ones the opportunity to learn, move and connect in a fun and familiar environment! 🌈
Through songs, movement games and activities, children develop coordination, body awareness and listening skills while learning to follow simple instructions.
Regular routines also help children become familiar with their surroundings, teachers and friends, building confidence, independence and a sense of security. 💛

Week 7 in the gym -
Gym time at Gymbaroo is where little ones learn through movement! 🤸‍♀️✨
From climbing, balancing and crawling to jumping, swinging and exploring, our activities help develop gross motor skills, coordination, strength, balance and body awareness. Along the way, children build confidence, independence and social skills while having fun, exploring with friends and connecting with their grown-ups! 💛
