Week 3 - mat room.
The mat room was filled with bubbles and feathers as we explored birds and nests.
The children had a fun time using their hand-eye coordination to catch the feathers, and body awareness to interact with one another. They also engaged with lots of massage and upside-down activities to strengthen vestibular stimulation and proprioception. The neurological theme this week was bilaterally and laterality.
