You won’t want to miss Saturday nights action at The Lighthouse, as our CBL Men and Women hit the court against the Warrnambool Seahawks & Mermaids.

It’s our first game of the year having both squads play at home on the same night, so let’s get behind them in what will be a pair of tough basketball games.

💚 Mental Health Month | Together We Thrive 💚

As Mental Health Month draws to a close, it's a great reminder that supporting mental wellbeing is something we can do every day of the year.

This year's theme, "Together We Thrive," highlights the importance of connection and the positive impact we can have on each other through simple acts of kindness and support.

The PBA basketball community is built on teamwork, friendship, inclusion and belonging. Whether it's checking in with a teammate, encouraging a referee, supporting a coach, or simply having a conversation with someone who may be doing it tough, every connection matters.

As we head towards the end of October, we encourage all our members, volunteers and supporters to take a moment to reach out, connect, and look after one another.

Together we thrive 🏀
