Building strength and mobility is rinsing and repeating simple and effective exercises eg push-ups. I have been working on my push-ups for nearly twelve months, progressing from knees down off a high Footbar to straight legs off the standing platform. I love how far I have come and it is so motivating to be able to see my strength progressions. Alongside my small group reformer Pilates classes I am now offering one to one, two to one and three to one Clinical Pilates sessions. As a Clinical Pilates Practitioner I offer individual programs to suit your specific injuries or goals (you won’t be doing the same exercise as the person next to you). Clinical Pilates is suitable for anyone - chronic back pain, pre/post- natal care, post injury and surgery rehab, strength and conditioning. We will start with a FREE half hour personal assessment and then I will create a plan specifically for you and I will monitor your progress and support you through every step to achieve your goals and improve your movement. I can help you move more freely throughout your day! I am an evidence based clinical Pilates practitioner and will work with you to build strength and mobility to make everyday activities easier. I will create a bespoke strength and mobility program using the Pilates reformer in a small group environment (maximum 3 people). You will never be doing the same thing as the person beside you, your program will be tailored to you. If you have an NDIS plan you can claim your Clinical Reformer Pilates program through your plan. In our new Loaded Stretching Program you will spend time at end range increasing your range of motion and flexibility. The program kicks off on Tuesday January 27 and runs for 6 weeks.
