Building strength and mobility is rinsing and repeating simple and effective exercises eg push-ups. I have been working on my push-ups for nearly twelve months, progressing from knees down off a high Footbar to straight legs off the standing platform. I love how far I have come and it is so motivating to be able to see my strength progressions.
