IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL SAFE START FAMILIES
At Safe Start Swim, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and child-focused environment for every family who walks through our doors đź’™
As a learn-to-swim facility for babies and children, we kindly remind all adults attending lessons that we do not tolerate:
• Abusive, intimidating or aggressive behaviour
• Inappropriate language or conversations
• Behaviour that makes children, families or staff feel unsafe or uncomfortable
• Harsh, aggressive or intimidating yelling toward children
We understand that at times adults may need to raise their voice briefly for immediate safety reasons around the pool environment.
Children learn best when they feel supported, encouraged and safe. Our goal is to create a calm and positive environment where every child can build confidence in the water at their own pace.
We appreciate all of our wonderful families who help us maintain the warm, respectful and child-safe culture that Safe Start Swim is known for.
For the safety and wellbeing of our children, families and staff, Safe Start Swim reserves the right to ask any person engaging in abusive, intimidating or inappropriate behaviour to leave the facility. Repeated or serious incidents will result in cancellation of enrolments and removal from our program.
