Micheal and James have been putting in the hard yards the last few months preparing for the army fitness requirements. Today was test day and the lads absolutely smashed the minimum entry requirements. The highlights of todays tests included a 9.1 beep test, 50 push ups and 67 sit ups.

Nicolle joined KL Training and Coaching a little over 12 months ago with weight loss identified as her main goal. In these 12 months Nicolle has lost around 20kg and learnt habits of a healthy lifestyle to keep the weight off.

Young Rex has been absolutely smashing out 3 sessions a week now for a whole year. Rex started out as very quiet and now he is well known around the gym as a regular always bringing a can do attitude, and never backing down to any challenges he is set. Bit of barbell sn**ch and clean and jerk action from this week. Worked up to a top single at 95 %for both lifts. Snatch-55kgs C&J - 75kgs

Heading into December, it is time to start thinking about some goals to achieve in the new year. It’s important to set goals that can be measured and that also have a time frame to keep us accountable and motivated.

My goals heading into 2022 are to barbell sn**ch my body weight (90kg), and to clean and jerk 100kg by November. If you need someone to help motivate you and keep you accountable with your goals further, please don’t hesitate to contact me and we will start working towards your goals in the best methodological process today 💪 **ch
