One of the biggest misconceptions about this work is that people come here because they love horses.
Plenty do.
Plenty don't.
Some arrive because they're exhausted.
Some because school has become a daily battle.
Some because every service they've tried so far has felt like hard work.
Some because they're tired of hearing what isn't working.
Ashley has been around long enough to know that the horse is rarely the whole story.
The horse is often just the reason someone agrees to walk through the gate.
What happens after that is where the real work begins.
Over the past 20 years, Ashley has supported people through anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, disability, mental health challenges, grief, life transitions, and countless moments that don't fit neatly into a report or diagnosis.
She brings experience, patience, and a remarkable ability to meet people exactly where they are on the day.
No two sessions look the same because no two people are the same.
Ashley currently has availability on Mondays and Wednesdays.
If you've been wondering whether this could be a good fit for you, your child, or someone you support, send us a message and let's have a conversation.
